Can I have my order delivered and how long will it take?
We offer pick up from our Warwick Farm store and Sydney metropolitan area delivery up to 40 km from Warwick Farm. Delivery outside of Sydney metropolitan area (more than 40 km from Warwick Farm) can be arranged, please call us or email us to discuss options.
For Sydney metro delivery, please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Our drivers will deliver your order during the day to your residential or commercial address, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Locked Bags. If no one is at home, we will leave your order at a safe place. If for any reason we cannot leave your order at a safe place, your order will be returned to our Warwick Farm store where you can pick it up later. Because our drivers have already attempted delivery, we cannot refund any delivery fees paid in cases of failed delivery.
We will notify you via email (the one you used to place the order) on the day that your order is being delivered. We will also let you know via email if your delivery is not successful and that your order has been returned to Warwick Farm for pick up instead.
If you do not wish for your order to be left at a safe place near your delivery address, then please choose to pick up your order from our Warwick Farm store instead.
For pick up orders from our Warwick Farm store, we will try to have it ready as soon as possible. The normal time frame is between 1-5 business days. Pick up is available during business hours only. We will let you know via the email you used to place the order when your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait until you have received our message that your order is ready for pick up before coming to our store during business hours.

Can I come to your Warwick Farm store to buy?
Yes, you're welcome to come to our store at Warwick Farm NSW during business hours and make a purchase there.
